Drew is currently the Chief Executive Officer of RESolutionsWon, a part of the Solutions Won group of companies. He previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer of Possability Group, one of Australia’s leading human services organisations. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Possability during a significant period of transition for the disability sector through the roll out of the NDIS. Including overseeing several successful mergers and the expansion of the group’s services nationwide.

Drew’s prior experiences include senior executive positions with Relationships Australia, The Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing and experience leading and managing social care services in London. Drew has also held governance positions with various community organisations and the Australian Institute of Public Administration.  He is currently the public officer of a Tasmanian not for profit involved in the promotion of men’s health initiatives.
